Appearance: Bright green straw.
Aroma: Gently perfumed. Mountain white wild flowers, citrus blossoms, honey and peaches.
Flavor: Wrapping and buttery, fresh with a gentle bitter citrus: red grapefruit; cherimoya, passion fruit. Intense minerality with seaside nuances.
Finish: Long and persistence. Gentle, elegant bitter nuts finish.
