It is fished using traditional hook and line methods assuring only the best of the catch is selected to ensure exceptional taste, freshness, and quality. This US certified as dolphin safe and fully compliant with US and International regulations of safe fishing practices. dolphin-free. Veleta tuna from the north west of Spain is then gently cleaned, cut and packaged by hand.
This exceptional white meat tuna has the solid texture, and hearty flavor, of Bonito tuna which is very different from albacore. It is packed in high-quality Spanish olive oil for extra flavor, and is all natural, with no additives or preservatives.
