Mussels from the Galician Rías. Selected piece by piece, fried in olive oil, then covered in pickled sauce. The results are a special and tasty treat that can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes. 8/12 pieces
Our mussels have a very intense and bright orange color, and they have a very fleshy texture, not hard or rubbery. We select the biggest size and highest quality product. The mussels are canned manually and covered with the pickle sauce before closing.
Serving recommendations: You just need a good crunchy baguette to enjoy this delicious tapa. And, of course, dipping the bread in the escabeche sauce is a must. Another tapa idea is, a mound of kettle chips with mussels placed throughout then drizzle vinaigrette over the top.
