Varietal: 90% Tempranillo 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot
Harvest: Mid September 2010
Region / Appellation: D.O. Granada, Spain. Estate grown in Ugijar (Granada), Spain.
Appearance: Strong layer of deep black cherry. Prominent legs.
Aroma: High layer, cherry red, on the nose it presents of red and black fruits and Violets.
Intense minerals: chalk, and limestone Black spicy licorice. Balsamic and spices: bay leave, black pepper and clove. Leather
Flavor: Full body and fruity with notes of plum, licorice and blackberry. Fresh and smooth. Intense minerality.
Finish: Gentle and engaging with long finish. Noble tannins that will continue to improve and round up with time. Ending with fruitiness of red fruit jam.
Oak: Twelve months in French oak
Alcohol: 14%
